미국 텍사스 출신의 현대 기독교 음악(CCM) 싱어송라이터이자 예배 인도자. 1997년 Louie Giglio와 함께 Passion Conferences를 설립하였으며, Passion City Church의 수석 예배 인도자로 섬기고 있다. 'How Great Is Our God', 'Amazing Grace (My Chains Are Gone)', 'Good Good Father' 등 수많은 현대 예배 찬양을 작곡하였으며, 전 세계에서 가장 많이 불리는 예배 곡을 가진 아티스트 중 한 명으로 꼽힌다.
